Cabinet 1 - 32" Single Door - 7 Drawer Tool Box (1) 7" Drawer, (3) 5" Drawers, (3) 3" Drawers. (2) Adjustable Shelves. Cabinet 2 - 25" Single Door with Waste Oil Pump, Waste Oil Selector Valve, Waste Oil Reel, Compressed Air Reel. Cabinet 3 - 40" Double Door with Hydraulic Oil Reel, Transmission Oil Reel. Product #2 Hydraulic Oil Approximate Capacity of 300 Liters, Petrochemical Resistant Sight Glass Tube With Broke Aluminum Guard. 3" Male Camlock Fill Port With 3" Dust Cap, One desiccant Filter Installed on Top of Tank To Keep Moisture and Contamination out of the Tank. A Black Plastic Data Plate with Engraved White Letter Installed on the Front of the Tank. Has a 1 1/4" Drain collar and Plug. The Pump is Mounted Directly to the Top of The Tank. Graco 50' Long Oil Delivery Hose. Product #3 Transmission Oil Approximate Capacity of 250 Liters. One desiccant Filter Installed on Top of Tank To Keep Moisture and Contamination out of the Tank. A Black Plastic Data Plate with Engraved White Letter Installed on the Front of The Tank. A 1 1/4" Drain Collar and Plug. The Pump Will Be Mounted Directly To The Top of the Tank, Graco Spring Rewind Hose Reel C/W 1.2" ID Oil Delivery Hose 50' Long. Product #4 Grease 1 - 175 Kg Grease Barrel provisions will be installed for high pressure grease dispensing. Slide-out Tray with Barrel Tie-Downs will be installed in D/s Front Cabinet. The pump will be mounted on a Graco Barrel Cover Plate with internal follower. Quick connect fittings will be installed on both the pump air supply and the product delivery to facilitate removing the barrel with the pump in place. 1/4" High Pressure Hose 50'long. Graco Pro-Shot Grease Dispense Nozzle with swivel and 30" Whip. Product # 5 Grease 2 - 175 Kg Grease Barrel provisions will be installed for high pressure grease dispensing. Slide-out Tray with Barrel Tie-Downs will be installed in D/s Front Cabinet. The pump will be mounted on a Graco Barrel Cover Plate with internal follower. Product #6 Compressed Air, BOSS Transmission driven compressor 85 CFM @ 120 PSI, 1/2" Smooth air delivery hose, 50' long, A 1/2" air coupler will be installed on the end of the hose. Pump Control, Heater - A pro-heat diesel-fired coolant heater will be installed with timer unit located in cab of truck. A single fan heater will be installed in each d/s dispense cabinet. Each air pump will be activated by a quarter turn ball valve located next to each reel. Dedicated air regulators will be installed for each individual pump supply circuit. Nylon tubing will connect the air tank to the switches and pumps.Low profile beacon light, (2) Grote 4" square LED work lights will be mounted on the drivers side. (2) Grote 4" square LED work lights will be mounted on the passenger side. (2) Grote 4" square LED work lights will be mounted on the rear.All rear work lights will automatically come on when the truck is switched into reverse.The work lights will be switched in the cab of the truck. LED strip lights will be mounted in every cabinet and along both sides of the interior center of the service body.The cabinet lights will be switched in the cab of the truck.

Remove 3/8" grease circuit reel w/ hose and fluid path

Remove (2) SMD5 1/.5" metered nozzles

Add 3/4" transmission oil circuit reel w/ hose and fluid path

Add 1/2" greaase circuit reel w/ hose and fluid path (retain 1/4" pro-shot nozzle, add adapter)

Add (1) XDV20 3/4" non-metered nozzle (transmission oil)

Add (1) XDV20 1/2" non-metered nozzle (hydraulic oil)
